The integrated negative pressure system consists of components such as an oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump, a sterilization filter, a central control system, a network alarm, an air intake filter, and pipelines. It boasts advantages such as easy installation and convenient management, and also facilitates monitoring of the system's operation.
Stable and reliable:
The vacuum pumps are configured with N in operation and 1 standby. When a single vacuum pump with maximum flow fails, the remaining vacuum pumps should still be able to meet the design flow rate. The sterilization filters are also configured with N in operation and 1 standby. Stop valves are installed at both the inlet and outlet of the filters to facilitate the replacement of filter cartridges. When replacing one of the filter cartridges, the remaining filters should still be able to meet the design flow rate.
The system is equipped with an anti-backflow device to prevent vacuum from flowing back to the non-operating vacuum pump,
The system can continue to operate even when any component within it experiences a single fault and requires maintenance,
The vacuum pump is equipped with an oil temperature detection device to ensure that the operating temperature of the vacuum pump remains within the normal range. When the oil temperature becomes too high, the central controller can promptly trigger an alarm and shut down the pump (optional).
The vacuum pump is equipped with an efficient oil-gas separation core. When the oil-gas separation core becomes blocked, the central controller can trigger an alarm to remind the user to replace the oil-gas separation core in a timely manner (optional).
Robust control system:
Each vacuum pump is equipped with an independent local control cabinet, which includes a separate power switch, control circuit, and intelligent controller. It allows for manual, automatic, and stop options. The controller can display parameters such as the exhaust temperature, operating status, running time, and current of the corresponding vacuum pump. It also features an anti-reverse function and alarms for high exhaust temperature and motor overload.
The central control system employs a PLC controller and touchscreen display, which can automatically control the operation of multiple vacuum pumps based on the vacuum level of the vacuum tank. While ensuring the system operates at the required vacuum level, it can evenly distribute the operating time of each vacuum pump.
The display screen of the central control system can display the system's vacuum pressure, the operation sequence of the vacuum pumps, the operating status and running time of each vacuum pump, alarm and shutdown displays, high exhaust temperature and motor overload alarms, and can provide maintenance service reminders.
The central control system is equipped with a built-in network alarm and an alarm self-test function, and all alarm content can be remotely monitored through Ethernet.
When the central control system experiences a malfunction, it can automatically switch to the local intelligent controller of each vacuum pump for control, ensuring continuous gas supply.
