● Combined with the IoT monitoring platform, the air compressor can operate fully automatically without human supervision 24 hours a day
● Equipped with remote monitoring, remote online fault diagnosis, and online maintenance functions
● Distributed Control System (DCS) + frequency conversion retrofit
The networked centralized control system has obtained multiple national patents. It is designed to reasonably configure the air compression station system based on the results of comprehensive and in-depth analysis by a computer system, optimize the control of compressor units, and utilize advanced industrial control technology for centralized monitoring. Coupled with the "Industrial Housekeeping System", it can achieve 24-hour unattended fully automatic operation. The networked centralized control system is suitable for all screw, piston, vane, and centrifugal compressors. It adopts a PLC control system compatible with compressors of various brands, and performs centralized control through RS485 interfaces or passive contacts. It also integrates the joint control function of post-processing equipment. All compressor parameters and controls can be monitored on it. It clearly displays the working status of each device in a flow-oriented manner, features manual and fully automatic control, and can achieve all information data storage, query, and report printing functions;
Function of centralized network control system:
● Real-time report
● Alarm system
● Historical chart system
●Pressure classification control
● Ethernet communication system
●Report printing system
● Real-time dynamic image intelligent fault analysis system
● GPRS and ZIGBEE remote wireless control system

The system can allocate the working state of each compressor reasonably according to the on-site gas consumption demand, adapt to the peak and low peak of gas consumption, automatically start and stop the number of compressors, and allocate the working time of each compressor reasonably, so as to maintain a balance between the operating time and starting frequency of the compressors.
It can also be connected to a text display or touch screen through the RS485 communication interface as needed, and can be connected to an upper computer (industrial control computer or ordinary microcomputer) for remote monitoring. You can control the operating status of the air compressor in real time from your office. The system also has remote online fault diagnosis and online maintenance functions, which must be implemented with the support of an INTERNET service provider.
The system can achieve unattended interlock control of multiple air compressors (up to 16 units); it enables sequential start-stop of multiple units, alternate duty, scheduled switching between main and auxiliary units, priority start and subsequent stop of variable frequency units, as well as monitoring and on-demand setting of operating parameters for each unit. This achieves the goals of improving work efficiency, ensuring safe operation, and achieving substantial energy savings, while also enabling energy monitoring.
